Sponge Cakes

All sponge cakes can be filled with a filling of your liking, all jams used are home made and fresh fruits can be added to any filling. Prices are as above.

We produce all sorts of sponge cakes such as:

• Traditional fruit cake with added tropical fruits (with or without alcohol to suit your taste)
• Madeira sponge cake in various flavours – deliciously moist!
• Carrot cake with traditional filling
• Chocolate cake with fudge filling (an addition of whipped cream is optional)
• Red Velvet cake (a chocolate cake with a bright red colour)
• Chocolate Marble cake (a mixture of vanilla and chocolate cake swirled to look like marble)
• Coffee cake (a deliciously moist cake with coffee buttercream filling)
• Chocolate and Irish cream cake (with a baileys buttercream filling)
• Chocolate Orange cake (an orange flavoured cake with cointreau buttercream)
• Chocolate Banana cake (a deliciously moist cake with a banana flavour)
• Mocha Cake (A sponge cake which is a mixture of chocolate and coffee, filled with either a coffee buttercream or chocolate ganache)
